At the heart of the event is the famous pork sausage cooked with grape marc from the new year, in a combustion boiler. Thanks to this process, the sausage gets an incomparable flavour!
5 pm – 7 pm : Wine tasting in 4 cellars of Salquenen
After : Sausage with pomace at will & good accompaniments
8 pm – 12 am : Evening hosted by Oergeli-Trampers
Included: Tasting, sausage & side dishes, dessert, coffee & Marc.
